By this civil application, which suffers a delay of 219 days, the applicant/petitioner prays for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed on account of non removal of office objections. Respondent No.3 has been served in the petition. No appearance has been entered.

The learned AGP opposes the application.

For the reasons set out in the application and as the delay is minor, this civil application is allowed.

All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 05.01.2023, failing which, the petition would not be restored. 5.
