The petitioner assails the order dated 13.09.2022 passed by the District Judge-2, Kopargaon thereby allowing the application for impleadment Ms. Bhavesha and Mrs. Priti as appellants to appeal.

It is undisputed that Ms. Bhavesha and Mrs. Priti are Directors of M/s Goradia Budget Hotels Pvt. Ltd., who has instituted the appeal. The earlier Directors Suresh and Manjula are apparently no longer Directors of the company. In my view, no error is committed by the lower Appellate Court while allowing the application for impleadment of current directors of the Company. The petition is devoid of merits and same is dismissed.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for expeditious hearing of the appeal, which is pending since the year 2013. The District Judge-2, Kopargaon is

(2) 12035.22WP requested to expedite the hearing of the appeal and decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today.
