Applicants apprehend arrest in connection with Crime No. 515/2024 with Vaijapur Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad, for the offences punishable Under Section 10-A, 7, 8 of Essential Commodities Act read with 287, 288, 3(5), 303(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants has drawn attention of the Court to the observation made by the Session Court while rejecting the Anticipatory Bail to the effect that there is no reference of breach of any order impugned under Section 3 of Essential Commodities Act. In the First Information Report and consequentially Section 7 of the said act is not attracted.
