This application is filed to bring L.Rs. of deceased appellant No. 3 on record for the reasons set out in detail in the application.

It is the contention of learned counsel for applicants that appellant No. 3 Kusum died on 01/09/2019 leaving behind respondent Nos. 3/1 to 3/3.

On due consideration of the submissions advanced in the light of reasons set out in the application, I am of the view the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
