Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner will submit the copies of the documents which are available with the Petitioner, in the Office of Respondent No.2 within two days.

In case such copies of the documents are filed by the Petitioner with Respondent No.2, Respondent No.2 to take decision on the application of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible, however on or before 7th December, 2018. 3.

Respondent No.3 to give the provisional admission to the Petitioner in the hostel for 15 days on obtaining undertaking from the Petitioner that the Petitioner will submit the tribe certificate within two weeks.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
