This petition has been filed for seeking a direction to the Committee to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner, expeditiously. The other prayer is for issuance of a provisional degree certificate. 2.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that the case of the petitioner has already been closed for passing orders. 3.

As such, we expect the Committee to deliver its order, on or before 15.03.2023.
