By this application, the petitioners/applicants pray for condonation of delay of 129 days caused in filing the civil application seeking restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed in default on account of non removal of office objections. 2.

Heard. The non applicants oppose this application. 3.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The delay of 129 days is condoned.

All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 05.01.2023, failing which, the petition would not be restored. 5.
