Mr. Kalani, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioners are entitled for the subsidy in respect of construction
2 wp 9399.15 of godown under the Gramin Bhandaran Yojana i. e. Rural Godown Subsidy Scheme. Under the said scheme 33.33% of the capital cost of the project of Woman Farmers was eligible for subsidy. In 2012 also applications were given to respondent No. 2, however the same are not yet considered.

We have heard Mr. Deshpande, the learned A. S. G., Mr. Sant, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 and Mr. S. R. Deshpande, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3. 3.
Considering the fact that, applications of petitioners are pending with the respondent No. 2, the respondent No. 2 shall decide the said applications dated 08.05.2012 on its own merits, in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today. The writ petitions accordingly are disposed of. No costs.
