Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Respondent No.1 has failed to complete remainder of the selection process initiated vide advertisement dated 6.3.2012. 3.

Mr.Thombre, learned counsel for the Respondent University on instructions states that University has cancelled the very selection process initiated for the post of Deputy Registrar and fresh selection process shall be conducted by issuing fresh advertisement.

In light of the same, nothing remains in the present Petition for adjudication. It is made clear that we have not dealt with
