This matter is at serial number 1003 on today's board. The learned advocates for the petitioner and the management have mentioned this matter out of turn.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that since she has superannuated, the management may prepare a proposal after considering her employment in various capacities set out in the chart at Annexure-A (page nos.22 and 23) of the petition paper book. The proposal has to be forwarded to respondent no.2-Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad. He prays that the said proposal be considered in the light of the order dated 24.11.2021

( 2 ) 1003 wp 14144.21 passed in Writ Petition No.1022 of 2020 filed by Anand Kashiram Sapkale V/s. State of Maharashtra and Others.

The learned advocate for the management submits that the management would consider the rules and the policies applicable and prepare a proposal to be forwarded to respondent no.2, within 30 days. The learned AGP submits that if such a proposal is received by respondent no.2, the same would be decided strictly in accordance with the law applicable, preferably within 90 days. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions, that the petitioner is agreeable and prays that this petition be disposed off accordingly. 4.
