We are not inclined to entertain this Petition, since the petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy available under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

Hence the Petition stands rejected.

Needless to observe that as and when the petitioner will approach the concerned Authority, the concerned Authority shall adhere to the principles of natural justice. However, rejection of this Petition should not be construed to

mean that the petitioner is precluded from availing of an appropriate remedy as available in law.
