We have heard Mr.Deshmukh, learned Senior Advocate and Mr.Talhar, learned ASG for respondent nos.1 to 3.

Mr.Deshmukh, learned Senior Advocate submits that after the order passed by this Court, the notice has been issued to the petitioner informing that the matter has been kept for hearing on 23rd December, 2021.

Mr.Talhar, learned ASG submits that the matter is considered by the appellate authority. 4.

In the light of that no further orders are required to be passed in the present case. 5.

Interim order passed on 14th December,

14052.21WP.odt 2021 shall continue till the Stay Petition and/or Appeal, whichever decided earlier.

In case the order is adverse to the petitioner, the copy of order be supplied to the petitioner immediately.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
