Being aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shrigonda, rejecting the application filed vide exhibit-5, the petitioners/ plaintiffs have directly approached this Court, without exhausting the remedy of an appeal being available with the District Judge.

In the wake of the above, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy in law.
