The petitioner claims that in spite of a civil court deciding the matter in his favour, his request for effecting mutation in the revenue record submitted to the respondent No.2 - Tahsildar on 30.07.2021 has not been considered and decided.

Learned AGP submits that the respondent No.2 - Tahsildar can be directed to decide this application.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's application dated 30.07.2021 (page no.27A), received by his office on the same day, as early as possible and in any event within twelve week from today.
