This is an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1B - Bapu Wagh. Delay of 689 days has occurred in filing the present application. The reasons of delay are stated and the delay has been sufficiently explained. I am, therefore, inclined to pass the following order.

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The delay caused in filing the application is condoned. (iii) The abatement stands set aside.

(iv) The legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1B namely Bapu
