The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to construct the Road Over Bridge (ROB) and Road Under Bridge (RUB) towards west side by utilizing available Government land Survey No. 307. So also, to consider the representation of the petitioner.

Which is the land suitable for constructions of ROB and RUB is to be decided and considered by the authorities. The

2 wp 13584.17 feasibility and viability of the construction of ROB and RUB from a particular site is the decision of the authorities and their experts. It will not be open for this court to consider the same. 3.

The petitioner has approached the authorities in that regard and the South Central Railway has forwarded representation of the petitioner to the Collector, Jalna. The authorities may consider the representation considering all the aspects such as the viability and the feasibility. 4.

With these observations, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
