Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 21.07.2022 passed below Exhibit-8 by the learned District Judge, Family Court, Ahmednagar in Petition-A No.458 of 2021, whereby by way of interim application, the Judge Family Court directed the respondent-husband to pay Rs.10,000/- per month to petitioner-wife as interim maintenance and Rs.6,500/- per month to son.

Now, both the counsels submit that the matter is for cross-examination of the petitioner.

In view of the fact that this matter is of the year 2021 and considering the matrimonial dispute, without going into the merits of the matter, I deem it appropriate to direct the Judge Family Court to decide the main proceeding within a period of six months from today.
