Learned counsel submits that application for issuance of tribe certificate is pending with the Sub Divisional Officer.

In case the application is filed by the petitioner before the Sub Divisional Officer and the same is pending, then the Sub Divisional Officer shall take decision upon it on its own merits, preferably within one month from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Sub Divisional Officer on 22nd October, 2019.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
