These are the Applications filed by the Acquiring Body for condotation of 1406 days delay in preferring First Appeals against the Judgment and Award of the learned Reference Court. 2.
The learned Advocate for the Applicants - Acquiring Body submits that due to administrative reasons, the Appeals could not be preferred within the stipulated time and hence, the Applications may be allowed. 3.
The Applications are opposed by the learned Advocate for the Respondents - Claimants and he submits that, sufficient reasons are not shown.
4.
The learned AGP for State submits that appropriate orders may be passed.
5.
On hearing both the sides and considering the grounds raised in the Applications, the aforesaid delay is condoned, subject to costs of Rs.1500/- (Rs. One Thousand Five Hundred) to be paid by Applicants - Acquiring Body in each of the Application to the High Court Bar Association, Aurangabad. Applications stand disposed off accordingly. .
