2] Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that, the tribe claim of the petitioner will be decided within 4 months from today.

3] Till the claim of the petitioner is decided by respondent no. 2 - Committee or for four months from today, whichever will occur earlier, the effect and implementation of the letter dated 24th September, 2018, issued by respondent no.4 and letter dated 3rd October, 2018, issued by respondent no.3 shall remain stayed.

4] The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
