Since an enquiry is contemplated in respect of charges levelled against the petitioner, the order of suspension issued by the Municipal Council, Osmanabad, need not be disturbed in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The writ petition is devoid of substance and the same is rejected.
