The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was employed on daily wages in the year 1981. Thereafter, the petitioner was appointed on regular pay scale from July, 1986. The petitioner was in continuous service. The learned counsel submits that services rendered on daily wages is required to be considered for further service benefits and pensionary benefits.

The learned counsel Mr. Suryawanshi appears for respondent No.1.

In light of the fact that the petitioner has filed representation seeking benefit of earlier service, respondent no.2 shall decide the representation filed by the petitioner (Page 13-A) on its own merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months. 4.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
