This Court by order dated 17.12.2021 granted stay to the effect and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award, on the condition of depositing 60% amount under the Award within twelve (12) weeks. 2.

The land of the Respondent / Orig. Claimant was acquired for construction of Minor Irrigation Tank at village Chitegaon, Tal. Chalisgaon, Dist. Jalgaon in the proceedings bearing LAQ/SRNo.208/03. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants / Acquiring Body submits that the Acquiring Body has deposited 75% of the amount under the Award, and therefore, the said stay may be confirmed. 4.

The learned Advocate for the sole Respondent does not dispute the said aspect.

In view of the above undisputed aspects, the interim stay granted by order dated 17.12.2021 is made absolute, till the Appeal is finally decided. The Application stands disposed off accordingly. ( NEERAJ P. DHOTE, J. ) GGP
