This petition challenges the remand order passed by the Presiding Officer, University and College Tribunal, Aurangabad in Appeal No. BAMU-09/2021, to the extent of Clause No.II of the said order, whereby the matter is remanded back to the Grievance Committee.

Admittedly, Clause No.I of the impugned order is in favour of the petitioner. Now, respondent no.1, who was holding the post of Incharge Principal, has retired on superannuation on 30th June, 2018. 3.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present petition. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous. [NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.] Sameer
