The Petitioner has sought action to be initiated in the light of his representations dated 10.01.2023 and 17.07.2023. 2.

The learned AGP draws our attention to a communication dated 09.08.2023 from the District Collector, Beed, addressed to the Principal Secretary, Urban Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai for granting necessary approvals and for initiation of disciplinary action against the errant information officers. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. The khs/Nov.2023/13382

- 2 - Principal Secretary (u-fo-2) Urban Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai shall submit the status report up to the first week of January 2024 so as to be placed before us in the "Urgent Orders Category" on 10.01.2024. In view of a similar communication by the District Collector, Beed dated 09.08.2023 to the C.O., Municipal Council, Dharur, we direct the C.O. Municipal Council, Dharur to submit his status report by 05.01.2024 and the same be placed before us on 10.01.2024.
