Heard rival submissions. The respondent No.2 Acquiring Body though served but remained absent. 2.

The applicant in both these applications are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned in their respective applications which appear to be caused due to their fnancial crisis. The learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the applications on the ground that no proper explanation of the delay is there. However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay periods as mentioned in the applications are condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid periods of delay.
