Heard Mr. Katneshwarkar, learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Kadethankar, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 5 submits that the elections have taken place for SC, ST and general categories candidates. The elections for the seats, which were meant for OBC would be taken on 18-01-2022 as those seats now are to be treated as general seats.

Mr. Darak, learned counsel for respondent No. 5 submits that the petitioner is not aggrieved party.

Objection of the petitioner is to the voters list. In view of subsequent development, we do not find it appropriate to interfere in the writ jurisdiction. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 5.

The petitioner may take up the proceeding as may be permissible under law.
