In all these matter, the common grievance of the Petitioners is that their revision proceeding is pending for a long time. Notices are also not yet issued.

The learned AGP submits that at least six months time may be granted. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that already nine months are over and even notices have not been issued. 3.

In view of the above, these Petitions are disposed off with a direction that Respondent No.1 shall issue notice in all these pending matters within two weeks and the same shall be made returnable within three weeks thereafter.

From the date of appearance of the parties /returnable date, Respondent No.1 would decide the proceedings within 120 days by granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders and by following due procedure laid down in law.
