The learned AGP undertakes to carry out the amendment as per order dated 27.01.2025 forthwith. 3.

The applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire compensation amount which has been deposited by the appellant/state acquiring body. Though, the application is opposed, but considering the quantum of

42-ca-1653-2025 compensation granted by learned Reference Court the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount of compensation alongwith the proportionate interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amount be invested in FDR in any nationalized bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of the appeal. 4.
