We have heard Mr.Bagul, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Deshmukh for respondent no.3 and Mr.Kale, learned A.G.P.

The petitioner is challenging the judgment delivered by the Tribunal. The petitioner admittedly is not party to the said proceeding.

One of the submissions of the learned A.G.P. is that the petitioner may file review of the order passed by the Tribunal. Certainly, the petitioner was not party before the Tribunal and the impugned order, according to the petitioner, is adversely affecting him.

In such scenario, the petitioner may approach the Tribunal by taking appropriate proceedings.

For a period of seven days from today, the petitioner shall not be disturbed from his place of work so as to enable the petitioner to approach the Tribunal and seek necessary orders. 6.

With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
