The petitioner was an employee with the Health Department and was, therefore, an employee of the State Government. He prays for House Rent Allowance (HRA) and other allowances. Vide communication dated 15/12/2018, he is already informed by the Civil Surgeon that he is not entitled for House Rent Allowance. Again by a communication dated 13/06/2022, the Medical Superintendent of the Rural Hospital, Shrigonda, has informed the Deputy Director, Health Services, Nashik, that the petitioner is not entitled for House Rent Allowance. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.

In the event, the petitioner desires to assail the order/communication, informing him that he is not entitled for House Rent Allowance, he would have to approach the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, being an employee of the State Government.
