These civil applications are filed to set aside the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court dated 26.09.2017, by which the registration of the appeals are refused on the ground that the office objection had not been removed even after availing four chances.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that now the applicants are ready to deposit the requisite court-fees within a period of one week.

In view of the above, civil applications are allowed. Order passed by Registrar (Judicial) dated 26.09.2017 is set aside.

4.

On payment of requisite court-fees, office to register the first appeals.
