We are not inclined to allow this application and set aside the criminal case initiated against the applicant. Nonetheless we are of the view that the applicant deserved the protection which was given at interim stage, when this Court granted anticipatory bail at interim stage. We are inclined to confirm this order though the application is dismissed. The interim order passed in favour of the applicant stands confirmed.
