Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, since one year the appeal filed by the petitioner against the rejection of his disqualification petition against the respondent No. 2 is pending with the respondent No. 1. Same is not decided as yet. The learned counsel further submits that, even notice has not been issued in the matter.

Considering the fact that for more than one year no steps are taken in the appeal filed by the petitioner, the respondent No. 1 shall take steps to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today, after hearing all parties concerned.

In view of the above the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
