By way of appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent University be directed to declare the results of petitioner nos.2 to 48 for fourth year BAMS course of Summer Examination - 2023 and Third year BAMS Course of Summer Examination 2023 of petitioner nos.7 and 13 as well as First Year BAMS Course of petitioner nos.49 and 50 of Summer Examination-2023 and the petitioners be permitted to prosecute their further studies. 2.

Mr. Bagul, learned advocate appearing for petitioners submits that, after filing this writ petition, results of the BAMS Course have been declared and petitioners were permitted to prosecute their further studies.
