Both these Petitioners are identically placed. They desire that their pending proposals dated 27/06/2023, mentioned in prayer clause (B) in the respective Petitions, be decided by Respondent No.4/ Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon.

In view of the above, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off.

The Education Officer shall scrutinize each of the proposals, strictly in accordance with law and the policies applicable and take a decision on each of the said proposals, within a period of 120 days.
