Pursuant to the proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, it is brought to my notice that the parties have compounded the matter and the minutes of compromise dated 22th July, 2016 to that effect have drawn and accepted by the respective parties. 2.

In view there-of the matter is compounded. As such, applicantaccused is discharged. The judgment and order dated 11th January, 2013, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad in S.C.C. No. 5642 of 2010 and confirmed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, by an order dated 30th October, 2014, in Criminal Appeal No. 31 of 2013, are hereby set aside.
