We are not inclined to entertain present petition at this stage. The petitioner has filed the dispute only on 02nd July, 2019. The provisions require enquiry to be conducted. After conduct of the enquiry parties are to be heard. 2.

In the present writ petition even persons against whom disqualification proceedings are filed are not made parties. 3.

In case proceedings are not decided within reasonable time, then the petitioner may agitate in respect of the same. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
