The Petitioner has put forth prayer clauses (B) and (C), which read as under :- "B. By issuing appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, may kindly be direct to the respondent nos. 2 count service of the petitioner in between 30.4.1986 to 29.11.2008 for pensionary benefits and for that purpose issue necessary orders.

C. By issuing appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, may kindly be direct to the respondent nos. 2 to decide the application filed by the petitioner dated 23.2.2023 thereby requested to consider his service for pensionary benefits since the date of appointment i.e. 30.4.1986 and for that purpose issue necessary orders."

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, as yet, there has been no decision by the Respondent/Zilla Parishad on his representation. There is no order negating his request.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.2/Beed Zilla Parishad, to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 23/02/2023, on it's own merits and by considering the provisions under Rule 30 of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Pension) Rules 1982, within a period of 60 days from today.
