The learned counsel for the applicant / petitioner submits that the tribunal has non suited the petitioner on the ground that he did not hold a valid B.Ed. Degree. The learned counsel submits that in the interregnum the Division Bench of this court has held that the B.Ed. Degree obtained by the petitioner is valid. In view of this fact, the learned counsel submits that the limited issue arises for consideration in the present matter and the matter can be disposed of.
