By the application No. 6025 of 2015, the applicants seek suspension of substantive sentence and their release on bail. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants undertakes that within period of two months from today, the applicants shall deposit the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- before the learned lower appellate Court in Criminal Appeal No. 24 of 2014. The undertaking is not disputed by the other side, hence accepted.

In view thereof, the order dated 27th October, 2015, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amalner, Dist. Jalgaon, in Criminal Appeal 24 of 2014, is hereby set aside, subject to deposit of amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- as undertaken. Criminal Application No. 6025 of 2015 stands allowed in above terms.

If the amount is not deposited, the aforesaid order shall be recalled without further reference to the Court.

If amount is paid, Criminal Appeal No. 24 of 2014, pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amalner, Dist. Jalgaon, shall be heard on merits.
