We have heard Mr. Talhar, learned counsel for petitioners, Mr. Navandar, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4, Mr. Ladda, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and learned A.G.P. also.

It is submitted by petitioners and the Railway Department that the supplementary agreement would be executed.

Mr. Talhar, learned counsel submits that petitioners would approach the Railway within a week.

In view of the guidelines of the Railway Department dated 27.10.2017, Mr. Navandar, learned counsel makes a statement that the amount of GST has not been deducted by the Railways from the petitioners.
5.
The supplementary agreement may be executed between the petitioners and Railways as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months if there is no other impediment.
6.
With these observations, writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
