1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has filed various representation before the Superintendent of Land Records, Aurangabad, for measurement of Survey No. 82/8 to 10 and Survey No. 11/2/1, however, said representations are kept pending and no decision is taken on such representations.

2] In such circumstances, we direct the Superintendent of Land Records, to take decision on the said representations, if already not taken, in accordance with law and the procedure as prescribed under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, as expeditiously as possible, however, within 8 weeks from today.

3] With the above observations, writ petitioner stands disposed of. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the contentions raised in the petitioner.
