Apparently, order dated 1st October 2018 passed below Exhibit-5, thereby granting ad-interim injunction against Defendants is subjected to challenge in this revision application. It is informed that application Exhibit-5 is still pending before Waqf Tribunal. Applicant/Defendant No.6 has already filed reply/written statement taking various objections including objection as to jurisdiction and maintainability of Waqf suit.

In the backdrop, it would be in the fitness of things to direct Waqf Tribunal to expeditiously decide pending application Exhibit-5

Tauseef 13-CRA.188.2024.odt after taking into considerations, contentions raised by respective parties. Mr. Bhandari, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that if directions are issued to Waqf Tribunal to decide pending application expeditiously, he may not have any objection. 4.

In that view of matter, civil revision application is disposed of.

Learned District Judge/Chairman of Maharashtra State Waqf Tribunal Aurangabad is requested to decide pending application Exhibit-5 in Waqf Suit No.206 of 2018 within a period of three months from today.

Parties shall cooperate for same.
