The Applicant-Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust Shirdi has put forth prayer Clause 'B', which reads as under:- "B.

This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.539 passed by the learned Ad-hoc Committee in its meeting dated 23.08.2023 pursuant to which the applicant is permitted to pay Rs.2,55,09,594/- for the period of Dec. 2022 to May 2023 and Rs.58,58,599/- per month from June, 2023 to further 5 years i.e. total amount Rs.37,70,25,534/- to Shirdi Municipal Council, cleaning entire Shirdi City through Contract on a condition that Shirdi Municipal Council will pick up dry garbage / waste of the applicant Sansthan."

We have perused Resolution No.539, which is approved by the learned Principal District Judge, Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee.

In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B'.
