The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 407 days in filing civil revision application. Though the reason for delay is not convincing but considering principle of natural justice, the delay needs to be condoned by imposing certain cost. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B subject to cost of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to Advocate Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad, within two weeks.

After payment of cost, the civil revision application of the applicant be registered after removal of office objections, if any. The application is accordingly disposed of.
