The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Respondent No.2 - Sow. Pratibha w/o Vilas Kulkarni is now residing in Ambajogai, DistBeed and he will take necessary steps regarding her. However the learned counsel seeks notice through paper publication to Respondent Nos. 5-A to 5-F in Daily Lokmat, Pune and Solapur editions, which have circulation in Satara District also. 3.

The request of the learned counsel for Applicant is granted. Hamdast be given to the Appellant-Applicant for getting the necessary publication done at his expenses. The Applicant to file copies of newspapers after the notices are published.
