Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed three representations dated 25th May, 2018, 22nd June, 2018 and 4th October, 2018, but no decision has been taken by Respondent Nos.2 and 3 on the said representations.

We direct Respondent No.3 to decide the aforesaid representations, if already not decided, on its own merits,

uninfluenced by the fact that this Court has directed to decide the said representations, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within eight weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
