It is an application moved by the applicant No.3 seeking permission to withdraw the amount of his share alongwith interest accrued thereon with further prayer to correct his name. Heard Mr. A. S. Jagtap, holding for Mr. Nagargoje, learned counsel for applicants and Mr. A. S. Kulkarni, holding for Mr. A. G. Choudhari, learned counsel for respondent No.1. First Appeal No.3151 of 2016 seems to have been withdrawn by the applicants. 80% amount of compensation also seems to have been withdrawn by the applicants. The share of applicant No.3 is remained to be withdrawn since he was minor at that time. Now, applicant No.3 has become major. It is necessary to allow
