This Court by order dated 28.10.2024 passed an order. Paragraph No. 6 of the said order reads as under : "It is submitted that Inspector - Shri S.R. More may not always be available to do the job, as he has been directed under the impugned order. It is , therefore, observed that Mr. R.B.Gavane, who is also one of the Inspectors working with the very office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner, shall do the job in terms of the impugned order dated 23.09.2021, whenever Shri S.R. More, Inspector, would not be available"

Now the difficulty expressed is that both the

951ca11760.24 Inspectors named in this order are transferred, one at Satara and other at Pune. Presently Mr. Umesh Jadhav is working as Inspector in the office of Assistant Charity Commissioner, Ahmednagar. It is clarified that the Inspector whoever is acting for the time being shall do the job in terms of impugned order dated 23.09.2021.
